 Emergency Notifications

The Notify system is utilized to contact constituents in the event of an emergency; such a boil  water advisory or a conservation request. Phone call notifications may be used to contact a constituent if there is a pending shut off for the area, or for a specific account. It is imperative that customers maintain current contact data to ensure the success of this program. Please remember that it is a part of the Rules and Regulations of the Authority that property owner submit all contact information updates and change requests in writing. For your convenience, you may use the form above to submit new information.

Administrative closures may
