The Rapid Response System is a reliable, robust high-speed alert notification system designed to deliver phone, e-mail, and text messages to utilities, businesses, municipalities, communities, and schools. With its user-friendly, Web-based interface, the Rapid Response System has the ability to contact thousands of customers within minutes, when it matters most. It is important for residents and business owners to provide contact information such as unlisted, unpublished or cell phone numbers. Accurate numbers in the database help to ensure emergency information will be passed on to everyone in a timely manner.
Phone call notifications and text messages may be used to contact a constituent if there is a pending shut off for the area, or for a specific account. It is imperative that customers maintain current contact data to ensure the success of this program. Please remember that it is a part of the Rules and Regulations of the Authority that property owner submit all contact information updates and change requests in writing. For your convenience, you may use the form above to submit new information.
If you are on the do-not call list and require a number to be entered prior to the call going through, you will not receive our messages. If you receive a call from us, please speak loudly, and allow 30-seconds for the system to begin.
